Well, yeah. I haven’t seen Hazbin Hotel in its entirety, but from the clips I’ve seen across various social media, it’s one of the most focused on relationships in the show. Plus, relationships of the same sex will always and forever be shown a lot more than opposite, so it’s more desensitized.
For the show in particular yes, there’s a lot of queer characters and I’m pretty sure there’s only one canon or potentially canon straight ship. They’re only focused because Charlie is basically *the* main character and is also the only wlw ship (I think). At least in my experience more people care about Angel dust and Husk right now. And Alastor and Vox for some reason, even though Alastor is a canon sex repulsed aroace.
Also just in my opinion I don’t think there’s actually more CANON same sex relationships then straight ones, it’s just that it may feel that way because stuff like fandoms actually have ties to queer and neurodivergent people (at least before Covid) if I remember correctly.
The only reason Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss have queer characters is likely because Viv has a thing for MLM, but you’d have to watch both shows to fully understand that.
