If you have something stuck in your head then maybe try to listen to something you enjoy in the moment and then that will override the noise so that you can go to bed.
For some it just replaces the noise with the music you selected but for me after I’ve listened to music it will just fade out.
You could also try to write things down or say them out loud, consider them or organise them. As soon as your brain makes sense of them and you are satisfied enough then they will disappear from your thoughts until you bring them up deliberately.
